The site may use cookies that are necessary for operation and security. Non-essential services and similar technologies are enabled according to your choice through Complianz where consent is required by applicable law. You can change your choice later.
The site may use third-party resources such as Google Fonts and embedded media from services such as YouTube or Vimeo. Complianz is configured to block applicable non-essential resources until consent is given. If you enable third-party content, the relevant provider may process technical information under its own privacy rules.
7. Analytics and advertising
Google Site Kit is installed, but as of the last update of this policy no Google Analytics measurement ID or property connection is configured. Analytics cookies are therefore not treated as active in the Complianz configuration. If Google Analytics, advertising or personalised advertising technologies are enabled later, the consent setup and this policy will be updated before non-essential tracking begins.
8. Recipients and international transfers

If a provider processes data outside Türkiye or the European Economic Area, applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards will be considered as required by law.
9. Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal retention periods. Newsletter data is generally retained while the subscription remains active; after unsubscribe, limited records may be kept where necessary to demonstrate that the request was honoured or to meet legal obligations. Contact and technical records are retained for periods proportionate to their purpose.
10. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK and, where applicable, Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. Where the conditions are met, you may also complain to Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Authority or the competent European data protection authority.
11. Security and changes
OnlineIzmir applies technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risks in order to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. This policy may be updated when services, providers or applicable law change.
